Broke a flourescent bulb. We cleaned up the glass, washed everything how do we avoid mercury poisoning?

We cleaned up the glass shards already (by vacuum and by hand).

I've heard there's mercury gas in these bulbs, how do we monitor for heavy metal contamination?Broke a flourescent bulb. We cleaned up the glass, washed everything how do we avoid mercury poisoning?
if possible air out the room. you risk of mercury poising is minimal. just don't make a habit of it.Broke a flourescent bulb. We cleaned up the glass, washed everything how do we avoid mercury poisoning?
There is so little Mercury in a bulb that I fear you will do yourself more damage from worry than anything else.
