All printing on glass will eventually wash or wear off with use in products like drinking glasses. Some processes like ';Pad printing'; can give reasonable results, but wear will always win in the end...
There is a process called photo-resistance masking, where a design can be exposed with a UV light and the mask applied to the glass, then the glass is ';sand blasted'; with the mask on and the design is etched permanently into the glass. How do I print or screenprint on glass in a way it won't scratch or wash off? ?
The only way to print permanently onto glass is to fire glass enamels in a kiln. If it's for a shaped (and not flat) object, you can only take the top temperature to 550 C, otherwise it will start to melt a bit.
Etching creme is your best bet, if you don't have access/knowledge about glass painting, and you haven't got time to learn. Paint will still come off the etched surface.
You can make a stencil out of fablon (sticky-backed plastic), then paste the creme on thickly. Leave it for 20 mins - and wash off. Don't forget to use gloves! And don't breathe the acid paste in, it's toxic.
Good luck!
