You shouldnt wash your mouth out,thats the whole point of toothpaste.Just spit it out otherwise your rinsing all the flouride away.When brushing your teeth.. instead of jst usin a glass to put water in your mouth to wash ur mouth out?
I use a glass of water to rinse my teeth.

Huh... i didnt know you werent suppose to wash your mouth out after you brush... i always rinse then toothpaste out... I Put water in my hand and put it in my mouth!

No I use a glass or I cup my hands and fill them with water and do it that way. People who do the toothbrush thing look ridiculous and waste water, and it's so much easier to just do it the normal way.


Also, you do need to rinse your mouth out, whoever said you're not supposed to. Flouride isn't good for you.
An interesting question. The habit that I have is that I'll place running water into my hand and then use that water to rinse. I have seen people put their mouth directly under the water faucet to rinse. For whatever reason, this bothers me. It's probably no different than what I do. However, there are times that I will use a disposable cup to rinse.
I brush under the running shower every morning. Helps to solve the problem
